Greetings! On behalf of Alpha Ministries Board and team members we invite you to Alpha’s Missions Conference, Thursday, October 19th to Sunday, October 22nd , 2023. This year we are celebrating 25 years at Alpha Ministries, and the theme is "God's Faithfulness"
Our theme verse for the conference is Hebrews 10:23 NIV, "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful."
To allow for planning and preparation, conference registration closes on October 5th, 2023. On Thursday, Oct. 19, you are invited to a Meet and Greet followed by a Conference Kickoff and Pastor Appreciation Dinner at New Durham Chapel in Piscataway, NJ. Please RSVP for dinner. On Friday, Oct. 20, the Conference sessions start at New Durham Chapel from 9am – 2:00pm (includes lunch). On Saturday, Oct. 21, a Friendship Luncheon will be held at 405 Grove Ave, Metuchen, NJ from 11am-2pm. The Friendship Luncheon is held in conjunction with the South Asian Fellowship, in which an invitation is extended to people of other cultures and faith groups in the local neighborhood.
Mission Conference housing for out-of-state guests is at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, 875 New Durham Road, Edison, NJ 08817.
Check-in (10/19) is at 3:00 pm and check-out (10/22) is at 11:00 am. Fairfield Group/Corporate code and online link for booking the rooms is:
Hotel reservations for each individual participant must be made before September 29, 2023.

For out of state guests, we kindly ask that you would arrive no later than 2:30PM on October 19th in order to participate in all events on that day.
